Sketch Dump 4 - More Doodles
Intro
It’s been a while since I’ve uploaded some of my legacy doodles (I had this blog in particular queued up back in July 2025). Life has been crazy, so what can I say?
Anyway, here’s a new batch of doodles from the same sketchbook I’ve been uploading from (Sketch Dump 1-3). There are a lot of cats in this batch. My guess (because honestly, I can’t for the life of me remember) is that these are from the “My Little Shadow” Frame of Mind short, which was one of the last few shorts of that catalogue. There are also some puppet making notes mixed in, which are always interesting to reflect on from my point of view. I’ve learned a lot since I’ve started using Toonboom, and sometimes I forget how much I needed to visualize things before I could rig.
That’s about it for now. I will try to do a better job at getting these out at more regular intervals for future updates. There’s only so much a man can focus on!
